Skills and confidence that aren’t defined by external validation
Elite Move: Ask yourself, “Who am I if I’m not my job?” Then build from there.

You say “we” when you mean the company — even outside of work hours
A bad week at work wrecks your confidence entirely
You feel lost or invisible when introducing yourself without a job title
You ignore toxic environments because leaving feels like failure
Truth: Companies restructure. Titles change. Your core identity should not.
