As we wrap up 2024, I wanted to share something personal with you—my highs, my lows, and the lessons I’m taking into 2025. This year has been a whirlwind, full of growth, connection, and reflection, and I’m so grateful to have you as part of this community.
The Highs 🌟
This year, I ventured into new territory—TikTok and Instagram. What started as an experiment turned into a passion project that I’ve worked on every day. Connecting with an audience of 50,000+ people in just a few months has been an incredible journey. Sharing career advice, industry insights, and stories with all of you has been nothing short of amazing.
Another highlight was starting The Elite Edge! This newsletter has given me a direct way to connect with you, sharing what I read, listen to, and watch, along with advice to help you navigate your careers. It’s been one of the most rewarding parts of my year, and I look forward to growing this space together.
The Low 💔
Not all of this year has been easy. Earlier this year, I faced one of the hardest moments of my life: losing my dad. He was (and always will be) my biggest champion. His belief in me gave me the courage to dream big, and his loss has been deeply painful. But through this, I’ve found strength in his legacy and the lessons he taught me about resilience and love.
